Selection process

On receiving your application we will send you a confirmation that you have been accepted for the selection process. If we think you may be the ideal candidate we will arrange a personal interview. We will present you our company and your career opportunities in detail and give you every possibility to answer all your questions to help you get an adequate picture of us as employer.

 

To make sure you match the job profile we will assess you accordingly. This may be with structured or extended interviews, tests in a professional setting or, rarely, assessment centers.
