EOSTATE 1.2

EOSTATE is a perfect tool for e-Manufacturing with EOS laser-sintering systems. The new version EOSTATE 1.2 enables enhanced preparation and analysis of the stored data on the machines. The software can be used on any PC in the network with connection to the computer of the system.    

Four modules for performance analysis:  

Basic
The Basic module can be installed repeatedly at no charge. The module monitors the status of the machine and the easy transfer of all relevant machine data to the EOS-Hotline in the event that technical support is needed.


Quality Assurance
On the one hand, the module Quality Assurance generates the Job Quality Report as well as the Part Report. Here, the data of a selected building job were processed, analyzed, assessed and clearly displayed. The special feature of the Part Report: It summarizes a freely definable number of manufactured parts in a report and carries out the entire assessment of the building contract under consideration of the selected parts. Thanks to this detailed report, it is possible to manufacture parts of different customers/jobs in one building contract but show separately from each other. Second, with the statistics mode of this module, the user can analyze all quality-related information targeted for specific criteria. For instance, it is possible to present the data over a selected period of time, filter the data and form sums and averages. Thus, a curve over a period, for example, can be put into graphs quickly. This chart also illustrates performed operations such as maintenance, the replacement of powder or software updates and, therefore, simplified trend analysis.  

 

Controlling
The Controlling module generates a printable Controlling Report, over a defined period, which displays cost-related data. Then, in the statistic mode, these facts can be studied clearly and conveniently considering major criteria.    

 

Machine Park Management (MPM)
With the help of the Machine Park Management Module, the operator, for example, can obtain a general idea of a system and view utilization data. The software enables a predictive control of the machinery. The statistically processed material, both in form of a report and in the statistic mode, offers a wealth of information for the optimization of production processes and for increasing efficiency. Overall, under EOSTATE 1.2, maintenance intervals, productive and idle times and the service life of wear parts such as the laser and the application blade are calculated and reported. Therefore, operations such as maintenance, replacement of powder or software updates are easier to schedule.
