The training courses aims to transfer the know-how of save and efficient operation of EOSINT P760 laser-sintering systems using PPM and Part Property Profiles.

Target audience

Machine Operators experienced on previous generations of EOSINT P7, switching to P760.

Prerequisites

EOS Basic Training Course accomplished on previous generations of EOSINT P7 laser-sintering systems.

Content overview

Main focus is on properties, assignment and handling of PPP's. Additional contents are new procedures and features introduced by PSW 3.5 and EOSINT P760.

• Basic ideas of Part Property Management
• Structure and main usage fields of Part Property Profiles (PPP)
• Presentation of all available PPP’s on customers machine type
• Main purpose of PPP’s
• Advantages of certain PPP’s
• User interface and functions of PSW 3.5
• Comparison to former versions of PSW
• Procedure of blade module exchange
• Procedure of determination of building temperature
• Quality assurance procedures
• Main functions overview of EOSTATE Basic module. If customer bought additional EOSTATE modules, these modules also will be explained.
  Exception: EOSTATE module “Controlling” needs to be customized and trained separately.
