Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
As CEO, Marie Langer, daughter of EOS Founder Hans Dr. J. Langer, is responsible for the strategic positioning of EOS and its subsidiaries. In this function, she concentrates on the topics Strategy, Marketing, Corporate Communications as well as Culture, Organizational and People Development. Prior to this position, she performed various roles within EOS management and the supervisory board: Leading the Social Venture Program and taking on the task of corporate and business development across the EOS GROUP. Marie Langer holds a diploma in psychology, majoring in the area of organizational and educational psychology. Furthermore, she holds a management degree from IESE Business School and founded the initiative ELEMENT A to drive innovation in education.
Dr. Adrian Keppler
As Managing Director of EOS GmbH, Dr. Adrian Keppler is responsible for the development of customer and partner relationships. He also oversees the close collaboration between the EOS subsidiaries and with the EOS Ecosystem. In his prior role as CEO he had overall responsibility for the business of EOS GmbH, was Managing Director for Sales, Service, Marketing and Business Development and was Managing Director Global Strategy and Business Development from 2010 - 2012. Before joining EOS in 2010, Dr. Keppler was in charge of a number of strategic and operational executive functions at Siemens AG. He initially studied Geotechnical Engineering, then Economics and began his professional career at a Swiss engineering company with international operations in 1994.
Managing DirectorEric Paffrath joined EOS in February 2016 as part of the corporate management team. He has the overall responsibility for Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology and further commercial subject areas. Before joining EOS, he held different, national and international management positions in finance, both in public accounting/consulting as well as business operations manager and CFO in the Healthcare industry. Eric Paffrath studied business administration at the University of Passau and at the Johannes Gutenberg-University in Mayence.
As Managing Director of EOS GmbH, Horst Wladarsch is responsible for the areas of Purchasing, Logistics, Production, Quality Management, Project Management, Process Management and Technical Services in his role as COO. Since January 2018, he has been Senior Vice President Global Operations. Since joining the company in March 2015 as Purchasing Manager, his area of expertise has been steadily expanded to include Logistics, Supply Chain Management and Production. Before Horst Wladarsch joined EOS GmbH, he studied Industrial Engineering and Management after completing his vocational training as an industrial mechanic and gained valuable international experience in operational and strategic management functions in the aviation, finance, automotive, mechanical and plant engineering industries.
