Partner Manager Italy and France

Location/ area: Milano / all over Italy (also neighbour countries)

As Partner Manager you'll strengthen the EOS sales organization through the systematic advancement of the EOS sales partner network in Italy:
  • You'll identify new suitable partners and be responsible for concluding partner contracts in close collaboration with your colleagues 
  • In this new position, you'll develop an excellent framework for the integration of sales partners with EOS in all essential sales processes. This includes e.g. training and continued education, sales-planning, and forecasting, benchmarking, participation in trade fairs, launch of your own activities and marketing events, performance measurement, as well as incentive and compensation models
  • At the same time you'll support the interests and needs of EOS sales partners in order to achieve the expected sales results
  • You'll accompany the business development of sales partners and derive measures to guarantee the agreed-upon business objectives together with colleagues responsible for individual regions
  • You'll ensure international and interdisciplinary collaboration with the interfaces, especially the close cooperation with our regions and external partners


You are a strongly communicative person that lives our credo of customer centricity with a lot of social competence and commitment. In turbulent times you manage to stay on top of things, handle conflicts and work on your projects in a goal oriented manner. 
  • Completed technical degree with business components or a comparable commercial apprenticeship
  • At least 5 years of relevant career experience in project sales with complex capital goods; cooperation with sales partners is mandatory
  • Experience in the formation, development, and/or management of a partner network in a production environment
  • Demonstrable methodical expertise (management of sales partners)
  • High determination to control and plenty of creative drive
  • Business-fluent Italian and English skills, including international experience and a serious willingness to travel; French and Spanish would be a plus
