EOS Application FAQs

How do I apply?

Applications for advertised positions are submitted online on our website www.eos.info/career/open_positions.
How do I fill out the online application?

Each job posting includes an „>>Apply now!!“-button that forwards you to our online application form. The form should be completed in full; the mandatory fields are visibly marked with an asterisk (*). You can upload up to three attachments (cover letter, resume, report cards and reference material). An automatic confirmation of receipt will be sent out as soon as we have received the application.
What types of documents should be included with the application?

The application should consist of a cover letter, a comprehensive resume in table format and all relevant report cards and reference letters (school/university education, practical experience and employer). Students should also attach a listing of current grades and a valid certificate of enrollment.
What is the preferred format for cover letters and resumes, and what information does EOS consider important?

Cover letter:
The cover letter should not exceed one DIN A4 page. The reasons for your interest in this position should be clearly demonstrated. We would also like to know your requested salary and earliest possible entry date.

Resume:
The resume should not exceed three pages. It is important that both your professional and academic progression is shown clearly and chronologically, and that we can easily follow which additional qualifications (e.g. language, volunteering, awards, software skills) you already possess.

What are the format and size requirements for the attached files?

All documents should be uploaded as PDF documents, whereby each file should not exceed 10 MB.
What happens if I forgot to add the attachment?

No problem, you can e-mail the attachment to eos-jobs@eos.info.
