HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

 

  • You take over the installation, maintenance and service of our EOS Laser-Sinter-Systems on-site at our customers mainly within the Nordic Baltic Region and with further requirement of short term working at some of our international customers worldwide. Intensive travelling is part of the job and mostly done by car
  • You solve technical issues always proposing innovative ideas and solutions, ensuring the highest level of customer care
  • You provide customer briefings and trainings as well as technical support on site and remotely
  • Administration and functional duties include accurate and on time reporting for allocated stock and tools, weekly time reporting and scheduling. These duties will be carried out from your home office
  • You will participate in intensive in-house-trainings on our systems and technology

HERE'S WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

 

Along with your communicative personality, which enables you to deal with our customers in a confident manner, you have a proactive and structured approach and the ability to keep a cool head even in critical phases.

The following also makes you a good candidate:

  • You have a degree or certified technician (m/f/n) in electrical/electronic engineering and understanding of pneumatics and mechanics
  • You are used to mainly work on client sites with strong customer and good communication skills and you have at least one year of practical experience as a field service engineer (m/f) with capital investment goods
  • Your fault diagnosis skills are excellent with the ability to read and interpret electrical circuit diagram
  • You have the desire to look for a new challenge and working in a diverse and multicultural environment
  • Very good command of Swedish and English, both written and spoken
  • You are flexible, adaptable and willing to travel within the Nordic Baltic Region but also worldwide
  • Appropriate and valid driving license
