Get Support from EOS

1.     To register for myEOS, simply go to https://my.eos.info

2.     Under Have you already registered?, select No, I‘m new here.

3.     Click on the Register button.

4.     Complete the Registration form per the instructions. If you are not sure about your Customer Number, send an email to ServiceHotline@eos.info or call +49 89 89336-151.

5.     You will receive an email from noreply@eos.info within a few minutes. Please click the Complete registration link in the email, which will take you to a confirmation page in myEOS.

6.     Follow the prompts to complete your registration.

7.     You will receive an email from noreply@eos.info once your registration has been approved and finalized. You can now log in to myEOS

1.     To reset your password, please go to https://my.eos.info

2.     See the “Forgotten your password?” section and follow the prompts.

If you still have issues resetting your password after following the prompts, please contact your regional Service Hotline.

1.     Log into myEOS at https://my.eos.info

2.     Go to the Downloads section on myEOS.

3.     Please set the Category filter as “Service”

4.     Please set the Download Type as "How-to Document"

5.     The myEOS User Guide should appear in the results section

2.     Open a new Request by clicking the main menu item Service > then Request. 

3.     Please select Licensing as the Request Topic.

4.     Specify the software that you would like a trial license for

3.     Please select Licensing as the Request Topic.

4.     Please attach the .WibuCmRaC file to your request. For instructions on how to do this, please see the License Update Procedure User Guide.

5.     The Licensing Team will send you an updated license file within the next 48 hours, i.e. an .WibuCmRaU file.

2.     Go to the Downloads section on myEOS.

3.     Select the relevant filters to match the software you’re looking for. As a suggestion, you can browse by Software Product, Software Version, Download Type, and Download Category.

2.     The Safety Data Sheets section is located at the bottom, right-hand side of the page.

You'll find an instruction document is included in the ZIP file containing the material patch.

2.     Go to the Downloads section on myEOS to find manuals explaining how to export log files.

3.     Please set the Category filter as “Service”

4.     Please set the Download Type as "How-to Document"

5.     There should be two guides on how to export machine data for support in the results section.
