EOS System Suite helps streamline production processes, improve part quality and reduce downtime. The modular software package offers an open API that enables easy access to sensor and status data from EOS systems. This allows seamless integration with MES and other shop-floor IT systems, retrieval of job and part quality reports, and creation of custom reports.

With EOS System Suite, users can access and view live powder bed images to detect potential issues early - before they impact the build process. A browser-based user interface allows connection to multiple machines at once, while intuitive dashboards provide clear insights into system status, utilization and machine health.

Additional tools for system maintenance and monitoring enable faster troubleshooting, improved transparency across production, performance tracking, extended machine lifetimes and smooth, efficient operations.

EOS System Suite includes a variety of essential tools to help streamline production and improve production quality.

Every EOS System Suite bundle comes with the SmartService Basic module for essential system maintenance functions, including configuration and database backup, machine connectivity health checks, license management and more. Additionally, all Suite packages for metal systems include the SmartService Leakage Test for added quality assurance, and the Print Domain Machine License is the core for all systems.

EOSTATE Quality Reports

Concise and comprehensive quality reporting

EOSTATE Quality Reports provide clear and comprehensive PDF reports covering quality-critical process parameters and events occurring during a build job. Reports can be automatically retrieved via the EOSCONNECT Core platform and viewed for entire jobs as well as individual parts.

Integrated charts visualize the most important process conditions, helping users analyze and optimize additive manufacturing processes for improved and repeatable part quality.

EOSCONNECT Core

Real-time status and sensor data access

EOSCONNECT Core provides access to stable, versioned APIs for real-time machine status and sensor data from EOS systems. The platform supports multiple protocols, including OPC UA, REST-based web APIs and MQTT, enabling easy integration with MES and other shop-floor IT systems.

EOSCONNECT Core allows users to remotely monitor manufacturing processes, support maintenance and troubleshooting activities, and increase productivity. Depending on the system, Core Control also enables starting, stopping and pausing jobs via OPC UA as well as loading and unloading exchange frames, where supported and potentially requiring a docking station.
