With the right materials, you can realize the target property profiles in the best possible way for your products.more about EOS polymer materials
The white, light-transmissive, additively manufactured parts are characterized by high impact resistance and elongation at break.
PA 1102 black is a mass-colored black polyamide 11 powder, which is optimized for the use as a laser sintering material.
The property profile of durable parts made from PA 2200 is very balanced: such parts are characterized by strength, rigidity and good chemical resistance. They are also biocompatible and certified for contact with foodstuffs.
Parts made from untreated polyamide 12 powder are also white but appear slightly more transparent. This material is approved for contact with foodstuffs (FDA, 21 CFR).
This white polyamide 12 powder is equipped with a halogen-free chemical flame retardant. Underwriters Laboratories (UL) has issued a Blue Card (equivalent to the well-known Yellow Card) specifically dedicated to 3D printing materials.
Parts made from this white polyamide 12 powder filled with glass beads are impressive due to their high rigidity and good elongation at break. They are also especially resistant to wear and thermally resilient.
This polyamide-12-based material is white and contains a halogen flame retardant. Thanks to its good refreshability, it is very cost-efficient compared to other flame-retardant materials.
Alumide is a metallic grey, aluminium-filled polyamide 12 powder, which is characterized by its high stiffness, metallic appearance and good post-processing possibilities.
The parts made from this white material are extremely hydrolysis-resistant, with high resilience and good tribological properties.
As a flame-retardant polyamide 11, ALM FR-106 is a suitable addition to the existing EOS portfolio of flame-retardant materials. With its toughness, ALM FR-106 broadens the application range of this interesting category of laser sintering materials.
ALM HP 11-30 is a carbon-fiber-reinforced polyamide 11 material. The basis of carbon fibers gives the material its high strength combined with increased impact resistance and breaking elongation.
IPCM P is the semi-automatic solution for the quick and safe handling of plastic materials. The solution is ideal for use with multiple machines. The powder contact for the operator is much less.
Additive manufacturing in an easy and efficient way to transport and process large quantities of plastic material quickly and safely. The fully automatic solution ensures consistently high material quality and operates a large number of systems.
The Big Bag emptying station enables practical material conveyance of large quantities of powder of up to 400 kg and thus makes it easier to scale up your production. Improve both the work flow and the quality of your components with a completely closed material cycle.
EOSCONNECT Core is the connectivity solution for monitoring production. EOS systems are IIoT-capable and can be integrated into existing IT infrastructures via EOSCONNECT Core. EOS offers an open interface for this.
