Based on the trusted EOS M 290 platform, the AMCM M 290 series offers extended customization options for specific production needs. These include variable laser powers, different build chamber heating options, and a wide range of material choices - all within a build volume of 250 × 250 × 300 mm. Compatibility with the EOS M 290 (400 W) process allows the use of existing parameter sets with an 85 μm spot diameter - ensuring identical focus and beam quality. The FLX version with Beam Shaping technology enables enhanced productivity and design freedom through seven ring modes. For ultra-fine wall structures starting at 100 µm, the FDR variant is available.

With a generous build volume of 450 × 450 × 360 mm, the AMCM M 450 delivers powerful solutions for industrial applications. It is fully compatible with the proven EOS M 400 process parameters, especially in terms of focus and beam quality. An open software architecture allows flexible process optimization. The SmartCAL intelligent calibration system ensures precise alignment and overlap. For even greater performance, a version with a 1.2 kW nLIGHT laser and Beam Shaping is available.

The AMCM M 4K expands the EOS M 400 platform to a build volume of 450 × 450 × 1,000 mm, while maintaining a compact machine height of just three meters. This offers maximum build capacity in a space-efficient design. Newly available Beam Shaping from 85 to 210 μm provides additional flexibility in process design. A robust machine frame ensures stability, and the open software architecture supports flexible optimization with high-performance lasers. SmartCAL is also used here for precise calibration and accurate overlap adjustment - ensuring top-tier accuracy and process reliability.

The AMCM M 8K introduces a new generation of large-format metal 3D printers. With an impressive build volume of 800 × 800 × 1,200 (1,600) mm, it’s ideal for very large industrial applications. At its core is the newly developed AirSword™ gas flow technology, designed to tackle challenges in scalability and process stability. The combination of fixed-position scanners and AirSword™ ensures outstanding part quality, stable process conditions, and maximum productivity - even for complex, large-scale builds.
