EOS Expands U.S. Footprint with $3 Million Investment in its Texas Manufacturing and Logistics Facilities

____ PFLUGERVILLE, USA, 21 January 2026

EOS, the leading provider of additive manufacturing (AM) solutions, today announced the expansion of its U.S. manufacturing and logistics capabilities with a $3 million investment at its Pflugerville, Texas, campus, and an opening of its new warehouse in Belton, Texas. This marks another significant step in EOS’ commitment to strengthening its U.S. manufacturing capacity, enabling regional production and faster delivery of its industry-leading metal AM systems to its North American customers.

This expansion involves a reconfiguration of existing facilities as well as the opening of a new warehouse to support the expanded assembly of its EOS M 290-1, EOS M 290-2, and EOS M 400-4 systems. The expansion also includes a dedicated powder handling area and an in-house machine shop. Ten new jobs were also created at the Pflugerville production site, including operations, quality assurance, engineering, and machine commissioning functions.

The expanded manufacturing area was made possible by EOS consolidating its North American warehouse and logistics into a new facility in Belton, Texas. The 40,000 square foot facility will provide benefits to EOS’ U.S. customers with a larger spare parts, peripheral equipment, and product inventory.

Strengthening U.S. Manufacturing for Faster Delivery and Greater Agility

By expanding its U.S.-based manufacturing, EOS can better meet the increasing customer demand for its metal AM systems, decrease delivery times, and address domestic procurement requirements, particularly for defense and government organizations.

“Our Texas expansion enables us to scale North American metal AM assembly with both precision and consistency. From optimizing our production areas to onboarding new team members, every step has been carefully designed to accelerate turnaround times while maintaining the quality and reliability our customers expect from EOS.”
Kent Firestone, SVP of Operations, EOS North America.

EOS Warehouse Interior Overview

While production capacity in Maisach, Germany, remains the cornerstone of EOS manufacturing, the company is strategically expanding its U.S. capabilities to ensure resilience and responsiveness to the needs of North American-based customers. The Pflugerville expansion builds on EOS’s long-standing U.S. presence, which includes:

  • EOS M 290 assembly, announced September 2024
  • INTEGRA P 450 polymer AM system production in Texas
  • Advanced Laser Materials (ALM) polymer development and manufacturing in Temple, Texas
  • Nearly two decades of North American AM hardware, software, and materials expertise, supported by ISO 9001-certified processes

"This expansion demonstrates our continued commitment to support the resurgence of American manufacturing. This manufacturing facility is not just an investment in our own infrastructure; it is also about standing shoulder-to-shoulder with the U.S. manufacturing community to provide products and services for a superior customer experience. It demonstrates our dedication to the growing U.S. markets where our technology is in greatest demand. We fully understand the criticality that AM plays in the future of domestic manufacturing, and this expansion ensures EOS will continue to play a leading role for years to come."
